There Is No Caesar! - BOT011
Bitcoin can help protect the “The Tax State” gradually and subversively assaulting the local church
In Bitcoin, THERE IS NO CAESAR. Whose “likeness” is on a Bitcoin? The inscription on Bitcoin transactions can include information attached by the SENDER; not the government. This is not to say taxation or fees for government services completely go away on a Bitcoin Standard. Government is inevitable. But when things are right side up, it's the action of the people that hold the government's authority in check. Let's discuss how “The Tax State” is gradually and subversively assaulting the local church and where Bitcoin fits into all this.
15 Then the Pharisees went and plotted how to entangle him in his words. 16 And they sent their disciples to him, along with the Herodians, saying, "Teacher, we know that you are true and teach the way of God truthfully, and you do not care about anyone's opinion, for you are not swayed by appearances. 17 Tell us, then, what you think. Is it lawful to pay taxes to Caesar, or not?" 18 But Jesus, aware of their malice, said, "Why put me to the test, you hypocrites? 19 Show me the coin for the tax." And they brought him a denarius. 20 And Jesus said to them, "Whose likeness and inscription is this?" 21 They said, "Caesar's." Then he said to them, "Therefore render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's." 22 When they heard it, they marveled. And they left him and went away.
Matthew 22:15-22, ESV
Throughout history, prosperous civilizations have functioned without egregious taxes. The Greeks, the Romans rarely taxed their citizens beyond 5% in total. The British Empire while certain goods were taxed extensively, the people's earnings were not infringed.
It wasn't until the beginning of the 20th century that income tax became a common tool for wealth redistribution in the west. Also around the time of the creation of Central Banking (Federal Reserve established 1913). Around the same time, Darwin's evolution theory gained a foothold in academia. Around the same time, Freudianism provided a novel human centric explanation for our consciousness.
Over the span of a few decades, without the assistance of the internet, the “free” world of the west found a way to convince the public of the following:
That one's time-earned compensation is best placed in the hands of the state
That rational and reasoning human beings evolved by chance from apes rather than a rational and reasoning Creator
That a collection of ultra wealthy bankers should create an institution to control economic action under the lie that they would NOT act solely to preserve their wealth of themselves and their close associates
That all our reasoning for existence can be found in searching and focusing on our ego, superego, and id. All the while ignoring the need for a savior to forgive the sins that separate us from the Creator
Whether by devilish planning or our sinful nature to run from a holy God, the days near the dawn of the 20th century created a perfect formula for billions of future humans to spend their days in self-indulgent, God hating, politician worshipping, and gradual slave labor to the State.
Because of self-indulgence, some chase consumption and entertainment as their chief aim (hedonism). Thereby, losing all ability to be a vessel of good purpose for the Lord's will.
Because of the God hating, people lost the meaning of life: to Love God as he designed and to glorify Him. Instead they try to find meaning in their interests, people, or their possession. But those avenues are always revealed to be vain and disappointing pursuits. To quote King Solomon, “Everything is meaningless.” (Ecclesiastes 2:1-11)
Because of worshiping or venerating politicians, we minimize the importance of our church Elders and Deacons. But we maximize the authority and affinity of the elected and unelected government officials. Giving them the power to commit the worst atrocities in human history in the 20th century; some go without saying, others stay deftly hidden in narrative control.
And, because of the gradual slave labor in the form of endless tax creep, the State, in its own pursuit to “be like God” through perpetual expansion, has an avenue to redirect monetary energy away from Christ's institution, The Church.
We have rehearsed briefly what taxation looked like in the past. It is not secret knowledge; 2%, 3%, 5% taxes were common before the 20th century "Democracy movement.” The Bible frequently mentions a tithe (10%) as a standard for giving back to God. Knowing the taxation profile in the Roman Empire during the time of Christ, this was a greater expectation than the state! But those obligations summed together, the giving of one's self is a small fraction of what the modern state expects from its human cogs.
Today, to see 20% or 30% as an estimated tax bill is good fortune. But look at the spiritually dying European state where some nation like Denmark encroaches as much as 55% of their citizens’ income! It's not surprising that Europe is spiritually dead. The state has starved the Church of economic elasticity. With inflation, consumerism, socialism, and humanism providing the foundations for our policies, God is relegated to our last fruits rather than our first. Samuel assured the nation of Israel that they would be slaves to the king they so foolishly desired. (1 Samuel 8:10-18)
The dire state of Christianity in the economically Keynesian West literally cannot improve until economic stability returns to the INDIVIDUALS of this domain. This means individuals must reject the Tax state because it robs us of our ability to pay tribute to God.
This is not to say that there must be violent disobedience against authority. America still has decent elections and free speech. While I cannot say the same for Europe, it is important to note there is still hope to change the world culture away from the Tax state. Christians must recognize that this super-government movement is rooted in God-jealous communist worldview. The authority of the state in those systems must have no rival! They are quick to punish any narrative that would claim Christ as King! And to a cadre of leftist that still allegedly claim to be Christians, any one supporting endless government expansion and spending like we have witnessed for decades must conclude they bestow Godhood to the state like the communist. Therefore one must question seriously, “who is your God?” Prayerfully examine your politics against the 1st commandment. (Exodus 20:3)
You can't blame elected and non-elected officials for taking what they are given. But we CAN blame Christians for giving it as we should know that only the one true God is infinite. There is no such thing as perpetual growth. There is no such thing as money without limits. There is no God-king. In Isaiah, the Lord proclaims only He is infinite. (Isaiah 46:9-10)
Bitcoin is a money that forces immovable rules onto those that would change them to suit their every last wish. Proverbs clearly indicates, false scales are an abomination. (Proverbs 11:1)
Centralized money creation bestows god-like characteristics on the creator, directly controlling the incentives of all those that are forced to operate within its rule. Throughout history we did not have a choice. That time is past. Bitcoin is a proven technology and governments are afraid of losing their endless power over the people. Only through control of information have they suppressed the real opportunity to curtail their Satanic pursuit to “be like God”. Most people are numb to its potential and see it as one of many pretend cryptos and “meme coins” made to mock the legitimacy of Bitcoin or to grift off unsuspecting victims in an affinity scam.
Bitcoin is new, and despite a $2T market cap worldwide at the time of this writing, it is extremely niche. But it is fair and it is real. Most importantly, it can deliver a death blow to artificial created inflation as a result of giving governments the idiotic power to create something (money) out of nothing.
Imagine what type of missionary work could be planned for and accomplished when you don't need to worry about costs of goods and services rising at 10% annually. Imagine the ability for emerging nations to actually emerge. Then they can be even more attentive to the Gospel because they would not be as worried about if they have food or electricity.
Imagine a world with a solvent government that is not demanding that you pay for services that are designed to steer millions AWAY from Christ. Those earning that are now funding worldly distractions of the devil could be more easily used to voluntarily enable your local church to effectively save souls.
The Tax State, the Welfare State, the Police State, the Warring State, the Modern State in general, with the ability to print money and with its citizens convinced “this is fine” gradually chokes the economic ability of the local church until it is starved and impotent.
All according to plan…
Learn about Bitcoin, understand the rival god that is the State, and help bring prosperity back to yourself, the local church and people everywhere.
